Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) force Celebrates International Yoga Day

June 21st 2020, India.On the highest altitude
of Himalayas and withhighest spirit, 
Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) deployed
at India-China border, perform yoga at
an altitude of 14000 feet at Vasudhara Glacier
near Badrinath.

ITBP has actively participated on the
#internationalyogaday at the Animal Training
School (ATS) at Lohitpur, Arunachal Pradesh as
they performed Yoga Asanas on Horses.


International Yoga Day was instituted on
June 21, 2015and our PM said today this year
"Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family" and
we have to celebrate Yoga at our homes and
this helps to strengthen the bond
with our family"

Telangana Congress Leader V Hanumantha Rao tested Covid-19 Positive.

V Hanumantha Rao popularly known as VH
and AICC( All India Congress Committee)
Telangana Secretary and senior Congress
leader in Telangana is tested positive
for Covid-19. On Sunday today,he was
immediately rushed to a private hospital
 in Hyderabad for treatment.




VH actively particpated into many relief
activities ever since the pandemic. He was
seen distrubuting ration to the poor and
needy and also santisation kits to the
health personnel staff. Wishing VH a speedy
recovery.

In India, Glenmark's FabiFlu approved for COVID-19 treatment in India, priced at Rs 103 per Tablet.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is the first
Indian company to commercially launch
Favipiravir with the brand name FabiFlu
for treating mild to moderate patients
suffering from COVID-19.

The company launched this product
In Indian Market today as, The Drug
Controller General of India (DCGI) has
given manufacturing and marketing
approval. The price of the pack of
34 tablets is Rs.3500 and Rs. 103
per tablet. The Pharma Company Glenmark
has done a clinical trial on 90 mild and
60 moderate COVID-19 patients across 11
sites in India. The Drug efficacy
is over 80 % in the treatment of Covid-19
both mild and moderate patients.

Telangana Chief Minister Shri KCR announces 5 Crore to Santosh Family !

19-06-2020, Hyderabad, Telangana,
In the Honour of  Colonel Santosh Babu
bravery in clashes with Chinese soldiers
in Galvan valley, The Chief Minister
announced ex gratia of Rs 5 crore to his
family. The Chief Minister also announced
that the State Government would provide 
a Group-1 Job and a residential plot to
his wife. KCR said that on behalf of the
State Government he himself would present
the cheque to the Santosh Babu family.

KCR also announced Rs.10 lakh each to
the 19 brave soldiers who were martyred
in clashes with the Chinese troops.
The amount will be handed over to the
respective families through the Union
Defense Ministry. The Chief Minister said
that while the Central Government of India
will provide support to the families
of the martyrs, the states also should
take responsibility by joining the hands
to extent the support.

Telugu mimicry artist Hari Kishan passes away.

A talented mimicry artist who made all
of us laugh from past three decades
is no more.One of the most famous Telugu
Mimicry artists Hari Kishan passed away
at the age of 57 on 23th May due to cardiac
arrest. Hari Kishan was suffering from
kidney problems from the last few years.

He was a teacher of Physics and
Mathematics at All Saints High School in
the beginning of his career and later shifted
his career from teaching to full time mimicry.
He has given more than 10,000 shows
globally and also worked as a lecturer in .
Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University in
the Dept of Mimicry.

He holds a world record in Mimicry by
imitating 100 voices in just one hour
in the year March 2000.He was awarded
The title of ‘Sata Kantha Dhvanyanukarana
Dureena’and has anchored television show
in ETV which was very popular Navvite
Navaratnalu’

Mission Bhagiratha: By July 30 all villages in Nalgonda to get safe and Clean Drinking Water.

On Wednesday 10th June 2020, In a
meeting that is held with contracting
company representatives and engineers
in Udhy Aditya Bhavan on the premises
of the district Collectorate at Nalgonda,
Minister for Panchayat Raj Errabelli
Dayakar Rao announced that by July 30
this year, under the Mission Bhagiratha,
every village in Nalgonda District would
be supplied safe drinking water.

In a four hour review meeting of
Energy Minister G Jagdish Reddy,
Raj Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Minister
for Panchayat Engineer-in-Chief
Krupakar Reddy and CMO Secretary
Smita Sabarwal, reviewed the status
of the works related to Mission
Bhagiratha and  inquired all the
details related to it.Through Mission
Bhagiratha, the state Government
successfully implemented the task,
which costed them of  Rs 40,123 crore.

Haritha Haram, the great initiative programme by Telangana State Government, is back again.

us like plants,trees and total greenery in
our home and surroundings as it not only
provides fresh air but also a total aesthetic
and pleasant environment around us.

Protecting Nature and planting saplings is
one of the greatest initiatives that is
undertaken under the Haritha Haram
Programme by the Government of
Telangana. Let's take an active part in
it and make a difference.

10 Percent from the Municipal Budget to be
used for the Haritha Haram Budget said
Sri K. T. Rama Rao(KTR),Telangana Minister
for Municipal Administration and Urban
Development during a video conference with
Additional Collectors and Municipal
Chairpersons at Pragathi Bhavan.

He instructed the concerned officials and
alsothe public representatives of the state
to actively participate in the Haritha Haram
which is tobegin from June 20th 2020. The
Telangana State Government is focusing
to increase the tree cover from 24 to 35
percent

Shri KTR also addressed local heads of
municipal administration to take
responsibility to protect the trees that
will be planted in their respective areas.
He said that to observe every Friday in
a week as 'Green Friday 'and actively
take measures to protect the sapling
that will be planted during the Haritha
Haram this month and at least 85 percent
of saplings should stay alive. Furthermore,
KTR also said that special officers would be
appointed to review the Haritha Haram
Programme from time to time.

During the de-escalation process, 3 personnel of Indian Army were martyred in the violent face-off at India-China Border.

New Delhi, India, 16th June 2020. On June 
15th Night, two soldiers and a Colonel-rank 
officer of Indian Army were killed in a 
violent Face-off with the troops of China 
in the Galwan Valley area of Ladakh. 
This incident took place in Eastern Ladakh 
during the efforts to de-escalate the prevailing 
tensions along Line of Actual Control(LAC).
The deaths were caused due to thrown rods
and stones used by the soldiers.

Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi 
is having a meeting with Rajnath on this 
matter.The number of casualties on Chinese 
side is not known. Since 1975, these are 
the first Indian casualties. In Delhi, along
 with Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat, 
Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh 
is reviewing the current situation 
after the clash on LAC. 

One of the three soldiers killed in 
the clash between Indian and Chinese 
forces was Colonel Bikkumalla Santoshbabu,
from Suryapet of Telangana state.Officials 
informed the family of his death following
 the incident. Santosh has been doing duty 
in the borders for over a year and a half. 
He is survived by wife Santoshi, daughter 
Abhinaya (9) and son Anirudh (4). T
hey are all staying in Delhi.

Santosh completed his education at Korukonda 
Sainik School. Father Upendar is a retired 
manager at State Bank.. Santosh moved to 
Hyderabad three months ago. His family members 
were saddened by the news of Santosh's death. 
His aunt collapsed after knowing this 
information and  relatives rushed her to 
the hospital.
